About Rachel Hope Healing
Welcome
Before my profound awakening in 2012, I believed that healing occurred naturally over time. Through personal experience, I've come to understand that healing is a unique journey each of us must undertake to become our most authentic and empowered selves. I believe that, as souls, we choose life challenges to foster growth and expand our consciousness.

While everyone's path to emotional freedom is personal, seeking guidance and support can be invaluable. Attempting to navigate healing alone is a survival-based strategy; as humans, we're inherently designed to thrive with social support.

My practice blends spiritual insight, scientific understanding, and practical application. By comprehending the reasons and mechanisms behind our healing sessions and techniques, you can feel more empowered to take charge of your life.
Personal Healing Journey
Awakening Experience: In 2012, I felt an irresistible pull to visit Machu Picchu, which led me to Peru. There, I participated in Ayahuasca and San Pedro ceremonies, seeking a deeper connection with my Creator. During the Ayahuasca ceremony, I saw a column of light that I knew was “God.” I looked up to see my Creator’s face, but I only saw a mirror, revealing that there is no separation between myself and the Creator—we are one.
This profound experience marked a rebirth, opening me to mystical experiences and synchronicities that deepened my spiritual journey. Upon returning home, I began to uncover repressed memories of childhood abuse, understanding the roots of my adult challenges. This realization guided me toward a path of healing and supporting others on their journeys. You can read more about this experience at the bottom of this page.

Overcoming Childhood Trauma: Growing up in an environment where I could do nothing to stop substantial abuse left me with a debilitating internal operating system. I had programs that did not allow me to say no, put myself first, stand up for myself, or feel good about myself on a deep subconscious level.
This led to lifelong patterns of self-sacrificing behavior, people-pleasing, and always feeling "less than" in groups. These programs made it impossible to say no to a conman who pretended to be my boyfriend for over a year, resulting in significant financial losses that took me years to overcome.
Seeking support after a devastating breakup, mentors illuminated the importance of inner child healing. I now had the tool I needed to heal those limiting beliefs that had contributed to so much adult suffering.
Inner Child Work: My journey into inner child healing has been profoundly transformative, and I continue to explore deeper levels of self-awareness and growth. By nurturing and guiding the parts of myself that were at the root of my adult challenges, I've experienced a significant shift in how I feel about myself and how I show up in the world. For the first time, I genuinely love and adore myself.
Early in this journey, I confronted a friend about taking advantage of my kindness. He acknowledged it and took steps to make amends. I reassured my inner child that self-sacrifice was unacceptable and that no one was entitled to her time, energy, body, or money. I began to notice that when boundaries were starting to be crossed, a protective "mama bear" instinct emerged in me, empowering me to defend my inner child—something I couldn't do before. I now recognize my worth as equal to anyone else's.
I had carried guilt and shame for over a decade about losing more than $100,000 to a deceitful partner. A brief, 15-minute conversation with my 25-year-old inner self finally released this burden. I assured her it wasn't her fault; her subconscious programs had prevented her from prioritizing herself and saying no. My body began to shake, accompanied by tears and a sense of liberation as this trauma released.
Spiritual Awakening and Community Engagement
Synchronicities and Intuition: After my transformative journey to Peru in 2012, I became attuned to the universe's subtle messages and guidance. One pivotal moment occurred during meditation when I sent forgiveness and love to my father, causing my heart to swell in an unprecedented way. I thought for the first time, "Wow, I can heal." The next day, at a crystal exhibition, a woman I had never met told me I had strong healing abilities—a validation of my inner realization.
This pattern of internal insights with a felt experience followed by external affirmations has continued, reinforcing my trust in intuitive guidance. I am deeply attuned to my body's sensations, which play a crucial role in my practice. Often, I experience a shiver when an intuitive insight arises about how to support a client. If you work with me over Zoom, you might witness this phenomenon firsthand.

Leadership and Service:
Since 2013, I have organized and co-facilitated over 50 in-person healing and consciousness-oriented events in the San Francisco Bay Area. These gatherings have encompassed diverse modalities, including acupressure, crystal healing, sound healing, massage, and breathwork. My primary goal has been to ensure that each participant feels a sense of belonging and departs with renewed peace and empowerment.
Witnessing the transformative impact of inner child healing in my own life inspired me to share this approach with others. I have led several workshops and webinars focused on inner child healing, which provided valuable insights into how individuals respond to this work. These experiences have been instrumental in refining my personalized method of guiding clients through their healing journeys.

My practice is grounded in core beliefs:

Purposeful Life Choices: We select families and experiences that foster our soul's growth and life missions.

Interconnectedness: At a fundamental level, we are all one. Loving others and ourselves is interconnected, and sometimes we need guidance in self-love.

Spiritual Support: We are deeply cherished by the loving universe we're part of, and this support manifests in our emotional healing sessions.

Active Healing: Time alone doesn't heal wounds; proactive love and self-compassion are essential for true healing.
In addition to my professional journey, I find immense joy in adventures, new experiences, and deep belly laughs. I love camping, hiking, and rock climbing, as well as spending time pondering the cosmos and how I fit into the whole picture. I am always learning new ways of thinking, so my world continues to grow larger and larger. I might just have a slight obsession with supplements like shilajit, rhodiola, and maca.

I also love high vibrational world bass music such as Equanimous, Ruby Chase & Mose.

In 2012, a photograph of Machu Picchu in a magazine ignited an unexplainable urge within me—I felt an undeniable calling to visit. Upon realizing it was in Peru, I recalled a dear friend's mention of a unique plant medicine ceremony available there. Having meditated consistently for a couple of years, I was eager to deepen my connection with the Creator, however that might manifest. I made a pact with myself: if I could find a shaman who felt right and safe, I would take the leap of faith and commit. Remarkably, I found him that very day.

This journey led me to two private ceremonies with Carlos and his partner, Doris—one with Ayahuasca and another with San Pedro. The Ayahuasca ceremony took place on December 31, 2012. My intention was clear: to understand my Creator and the nature of our relationship. Reflecting on this experience still brings tears to my eyes; it was profoundly life-altering in the most magical way.

During the ceremony, I experienced a remarkable degree of control over my visions, able to zoom in or pan out at will. I saw a column of light, which I instinctively knew was my Creator—God. At that time, I referred to this presence as God, though now I often use the term Universe. Initially, I felt the column was too tall and bright for me to look all the way to the top to see God's face. Summoning the courage, I looked up, only to find a mirror at the top. This vision revealed to me that there is no separation between myself and the Creator; we are one and the same.
Despite fasting all day, I purged what I can best describe as black corkscrews. Later, I understood this to be the expulsion of darkness from horrific childhood abuse that I had, at that time, repressed. This darkness had kept me separate from my connection to Source energy and to my intuitive gifts.

The following morning, over breakfast, Carlos shared two statements that have stayed with me: "Congratulations, you are reborn," and "You are very special. Most people who went through what you experienced as a child end up on the street." At the time, I didn't fully grasp the meaning of his words, but their significance soon became clear.

Upon returning home from Peru, I realized I was no longer living the same life. Mystical experiences became almost daily occurrences. I began to notice the Universe communicating with me through synchronicities—events that could be dismissed as coincidences but were so statistically improbable that I knew they were meaningful messages. I no longer believe in coincidences; I see them as meaningful synchronicities—messages from the Universe. I now understood that I had truly been reborn.

I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, learning about my soul and my place in the world—my life missions. I realized I was meant to work in the healing arts, despite my career in real estate. Though I didn't know what that entailed, I trusted that the Universe would guide me—and it did.

A couple of years later, I began to recall the horrific events that had happened to my siblings and me. These experiences were so traumatic that my mind had repressed them to allow me to function daily within my family. I finally understood what Carlos meant when he said I could have ended up on the street, but I had a strong soul that kept me from that path. Tragically, two of my siblings have already passed away, which I believe resulted from unresolved trauma that consumed them.

With this newfound understanding of the root causes of my adult issues, I knew that as I found my way, I would develop a unique method to support others on their healing journeys.
